Your money, protected through PTS
I am a member of Protected Trust Services. Payments made through the PTS system are held in an independent trust account, separate from business operating funds. Independent trustees oversee the release of money under the trust’s rules.
ATOL protection
I hold my own ATOL licence. Flight-inclusive packages booked under this licence are ATOL protected. You will receive an ATOL Certificate confirming the arrangements covered.

My personal service comes at no extra cost to you, and I will always negotiate the best rates I can with my travel partners and I will pass those savings onto you.

We discuss your ideas, interests and budget before I prepare your itinerary. We refine the plans together, then I confirm your arrangements and explain the deposit, payment dates and booking conditions.
Before you go and while you are away
You receive your itinerary, travel documents and practical information before departure. I will check you in and I remain available for support during your holiday, with local contact details provided where applicable.
