“All elements of the trip were well researched to get the best out of the few days there for all travellers and the hotel was spot on. Not surprisingly the carrier involved changed flights at the very last minute (on the day of travel as we were checking out of the hotel) which meant a lot of logistical adaptations. Post trip and most importantly they chaperoned us through a complaints and re-imbursement process with success. This was an added and unexpected result, and much appreciated.
